Role of Government to Enhance Digital Transformation in Small Service Business

In the digital economy era, small service business struggle to compete in a rapidly changing and dynamic market. Therefore, through transformation (DT), seek increase their competitive advantage, improve performance, achieve growth. Having limited resources capabilities, must deal with several barriers challenges. This study aims discover barriers, roles of government, for business. applied qualitative approach involving semi-structured in-depth interviews top management Then, we employed content analysis method examine interview data construct model. research reveals four main business: lack funding, capability, human resources, technical barriers. We found there are government supporting build platform business, promote mobile/digital payment, provide training, collaboration ecosystem. Additionally, based on this study’s findings, model support is presented. contributes conceptual framework implications field.
